Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
* Plans, performs, directs, and completes the analysis of outages in the T-Mobile wireless Network infrastructure with the intent of improving the quality and consistency of network operations.
* Complete required analysis and relevant documentation
* Utilize understanding of T-Mobile wireless network and operational processes to fully evaluate network outages and recommend procedural improvements to avoid similar outages in the future.
* Has the ability to conceptualize, document, and communicate process improvement solutions to meet business objectives.
* Plan, facilitate, and participate in working outage review sessions with cross-functional resources including other engineering teams and regulatory compliance teams.
* Ability to conduct peer reviews to solicit feedback on materials created.
* Design and delivery of training to department and business
* Confidently makes presentations to small and mid-size internal and external audiences
* Other duties as assigned

Requirements |
Qualifications & Competencies:
* Solid understanding of wireless networks and wireless network operations.
* MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Access)
* Ability to gather, organize, analyze, and present data from standard database configurations/systems such as SQL, Access, and Oracle.
* Ability to effectively manage time, prioritizes work, multi-task across many assignments, and creates deliverables with little direction
* Technical writing skills producing clear and unambiguous deliverables
* Strong communication (verbal/written) skills required.
* 2 year minimum experience in wireless telecommunications industry
* GSM experience is a plus
* Experience working with the FCC is a plus
* Understanding of the outage reporting tools / systems (ie. Homer) in a plus
* Use of hands/fingers
* Occasional travel
