T-Mobile, a leading provider of digital Global System for Mobile Communications/General Packet Radio Service (GSM/GPRS) wireless voice and data technology standards, seeks Analysts 4, Business Systems for its facility in Bothell, Washington to plan, direct, and complete the analysis of business problems to be solved with automated systems. Responsible for software development functional requirements, design requirements, and analysis. Perform Interactive Voice Response (IVR)/Call routing analysis and/or conceptual design.
Utilize UML methodology to develop use cases.
Create and facilitate IT assessments while identifying business vision and business needs.
Develop business requirements and translate business requirements into functional requirements.
Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Drive towards the business need and business impact to assess the ROI. Act as a liaison between the user community and internal IT resources. Help coordinate in building cases for needed efforts.
Complete required analysis deliverable documentation and define requirements that will drive efficiencies. Identify, evaluate and define impacts of changes. Conceptualize, document and communicate innovative solutions to meet or exceed business objectives. Apply modeling techniques to analyst deliverables. Plan, facilitate, and participate in working sessions with cross-functional resources. Position requires 24-hour/day on-call availability, as required.

Requirements |
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, management information systems, or related field, or a business related field, or the foreign equivalent and 6 years of relevant work experience.
Must also have experience with (1)software development functional requirements, design requirements, and analysis; (2) performing IVR/Call routing analysis and/or conceptual design; (3) utilizing UML methodology; (4) creating and facilitating IT assessments while identifying business vision and business needs; and (5) developing business requirements and translating business requirements into functional requirements.
