Specialist 1, Replenishment
Provide world class customer service and order processing to ensure that T-Mobile's Indirect Dealers and National Retailers have T-Mobile products in stock and available to our customer. Responsible for timely and accurate processing of customer orders in addition to meeting established metrics and service level agreements. Use judgment to address out of the ordinary issues. Build strong relationships with our customers both externally and internally to make certain that T-Mobile's dealer network has the necessary stock to support new customer acquisitions.
Primary Job Duties
Process orders accurately by verifying all information prior to releasing within SLA
Research and provide necessary information for held orders and missing credits.
Respond to customer order inquiries via phone, email or fax.
Generate daily and weekly operational reports and other adhoc reports as requested.
Maintain documentation for all orders and returns processed.
Assist team members acquire and apply knowledge.
Participate in projects as assigned

Requirements |
Skills, Education and Experience:
Proficiency working in a Windows environment.
Ability to operate standard office equipment.
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
2 year degree or equivalent work experience.
1 to 2 years experience in supply chain/customer service environment
