Business Analyst III - Rebates Program
The Rebate Program Business Analyst will oversee the Rebate offers that T-Mobile presents to its customers, both existing and prospective. This position will require the ability to work independently and in concert with varying internal and external partners in the execution and maintenance of our rebate programs while ensuring a customer friendly model.
Responsibilities include:
* Manage new offerings and rebate-related products through all stages of the offer cycle, including the coordination of efforts of cross-functional teams (e.g. Legal, IT, Customer Service);
* Work with Marketing, Sales and Service partners to develop solutions and requirements to address specific needs and opportunities;
* Prepare and review data analysis of current and past offer performance in order to provide input on future programs and functionality requirements.
* Provide ad hoc analysis and reports as needed;

Requirements |
The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated and able to work in both an independent or team environment. Additionally, this candidate will possess strong organizational skills and demonstrate superior decision-making ability that is performed in a thoughtful, rational manner.
* Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field;
* Proficient in MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
* Microsoft Access and SQL/PL SQL required.
* The ability to summarize complex issues in a clear and concise manner.
