Req #193132 - Manager, Product Marketing Sidekick
This role will support Sidekick Senior Manager in setting the vision and strategy for the Sidekick brand one of the key exclusive flagship brands for T-Mobile. You will be charged with developing the marketing strategy and executing the marketing plan for the brand.
Accountabilities
* Provide strategic leadership and develop best in class marketing strategies and plans that leverage the overall marketing calendar and grow the Sidekick brand
* Partner with our market research team to star abreast of emerging marketing trends and consumer insights that will guide product development and marketing communications
* Execute all elements of the marketing plan, including grassroots events, promotions, advertising, customer marketing, PR and WOM programs
* Partner cross functionally to successfully launch all new products and work with product development and consumer insight to winning new product ideas
* Manage lifecycle of phones to include customer satisfaction, business performance, market competitiveness and cost by partnering cross-functionally with key stakeholders including product development, business operations and sales.
* Analyze and communicate brand performance and make strategic recommendations to improve future efforts.

Requirements |
Experience
* Marketing professional with 5 years experience , MBA desired
* 2-3 years experience in consumer marketing CPG preferred
* Experience working with outside vendors and/or agencies
* Demonstrated project management successes
