The primary responsibility of this position is to provide Prudential Retirement support, education and expertise to the employees of a large defined contribution plan throughout the state of Washington on a daily basis. The candidate selected will be responsible to develop a set schedule at the facilities throughout the state
* Ability to develop strategic relationships at Centers of Influence within their assigned territory.
* Work with Communication Directors, Relationship Managers & Client Service Reps and/or client to deliver specific strategies including presentations which meet the individual needs of each employee group.
* Ability to perform effective presentations.
* Is an effective presenter to diverse groups with varied financial backgrounds
* Is versed in defined contribution plans and the advantages of each plan in regard to retirement savings.
* Is knowledgeable concerning asset allocation and diversification concepts.
* Possesses a comprehensive knowledge of mutual funds/separate accounts, and also maintains an understanding of the risk/reward trade off for all securities and a willingness to review and communicate the objectives of all mutual funds that participate in Prudential's plans

Requirements |
* Minimum of 3-5 years of financial services industry experience (primarily in the retirement market)
* Sales experience preferred
* FINRA Series 6 & 63 and State Insurance licenses required
* Strong presentation skills
* Ability to work independently
* Spanish speaking is a plus
* Results oriented
* Proven ability to meet or exceed goals
This position is located (preferably) in Seattle, Washington.
