Requirements

We're looking for individuals that demonstrate an employment history reflecting at least a year of customer-service experience with job stability and an Associate, Bachelor or Technical degree is highly desired. We also need a unique kind of person-someone who is punctual, dependable and organized in a fast-paced environment. Negotiating skills, a positive attitude and the ability to be pleasant but firm are crucial. Our ideal candidate has great keyboarding skills and the ability to use several computer programs at once, while dealing with customers on the phone. You'll need to communicate effectively, multitask, manage your time, and make good decisions quickly. You're dependable, energetic and career oriented. You capture important revenues for the company and help our customers achieve successful financial outcomes.
